Yeah you take a guy like this dude who just probably got caught looking at underage pictures as a Tier 1 and it's def different than what 4Sicko has done. He had to be sharing it with other people online. If you look at others that have received the same charges, they all had similar sentences although the others did do some hard time their probation was a little less stringent. Either he had a good attorney or a lenient judge I'm guessing. Or he was helpful to authorities.

I won’t pretend to know how watchlists work, but i can see this site being on a lot of watchlists, but nothing related to that, and I can’t imagine anything he did here would raise red flags with any other watchlist.
Like the most likely watchlist that would seem a given would be some kind of ADL or general hate crime type thing here given the anti-semitism and such that is routine. If someone like that was watching the site, I can’t imagine how anything he did here points them that direction. Like if FPS had any weird skeletons, I could see him pissing off someone enough to look for shit, but 4dragons was just a seemingly benign right winger. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Mostly kidding with the watchlist stuff. I assume they have some kinda point system where after a certain threshold an actual human reviews what ever got flagged. You get points for words, images, connections etc. No clue about the specifics, like what spiders prioritize or if a site gets a clean pass after some time.
I assume that something like 99% of it is automated. And not sure if FPS_Russia would have even broken the threshold. Likely not. Whatever relevant agency likely finds thousands of FPS_Russias every year.
