Kinda surprised nobody posted this yet but it came out a few hours ago Professional Poker Legend Thor Hansen passed away earlier today from cancer. Hansen has been given 3 months to live 6 years ago, so he beat the odds and proves never give up. Hansen oddly got into poker at the behest of infamous porn king Larry Flynt. Hansen won 2 WSOP bracelets one for 7 Card in 1988 and 2-7 Lowball in 2002. He cashed a total of 46 times in WSOP for just under $1.2 Million. Thor was 71 years old.
