It’s easy enough to find a remote mail place where a camera is unlikely to even pick you up in route. I know this because I’ve mailed illegal stuff many times and thought the process through. The problem is someone dumb enough to do this will be dumb enough to have someone close who tells, someone will recognize the materials, he’ll brag to other idiots, etc. This whole thing is incredibly unsophisticated.
