Not sure how the video came to be, but he was identified and arrested.
Now he's pleading guilty, and faces up to 4 years in prison, though he's likely to get much less than that.

While I agree 4 years is extreme, as I said, he will get a much lesser sentence, so I'm happy to see it.
For decades, I felt the public was far too cavalier about servers or cooks spitting in food, as if it was an appropriate "punishment" for difficult customers.
That's a bunch of crap. It's both disgusting and a health hazard, and nobody has a right to do that to you. It should be a crime with a stiff enough sentence to discourage it.
Glad to see a case like this finally being prosecuted.
It is unclear why he spit in the pizza. It's also unclear if this was being made for a specific customer he disliked, or if he was just doing it to be an asshole.
