Note the inconsistency in the press release by that police department: In one sentence, it says that Howard was armed with a bat, but a few sentences later, they say that he was “unarmed”.

And in case anyone doubts how dangerous being attacked with a bat can be...

Clearly the lunatic had dropped the bat after being shot several times hence he was unarmed when the final shots from daddy's gun were discharged.

Okay I finally watched the video, twice. Not saying dead guy deserves to be dead but it is what it is. Looks like after being shot a couple times he threw the bat at old guy. When old guy ducked the kid opened fire. Neither of these guys are going to jail imo.
