Sorry it's in reverse order, but I couldn't figure out how to do chronological order. Also a good lol for Matusow's response.

Was about to post this.
Read the tweets backwards (and ignore Matusow's comment) if you want to see everything in order.
The accused scammer is Giorgio Medici.
edit: Druff beat me to the pic
seems like he was trying to freeroll some bracelet bets at the WSOP and maybe avoid filing bankruptcy if he won big?
I write things about poker at my Poker Blog and elsewhere on the Internets
In the meantime, here are the bankruptcy documents of Georgio Medici.
From Georgia Bankruptcy Court, Northern Division.
No income, lots of foreclosed out properties, and $300,000 in gambling losses.
Mizrachi is listed in SChedule F as a Creditor Holding Unsecured NonPriority Claims in the amount of $100,000.
What does this mean? "Possible contribution claim related to Southern Star Gaming"
The bankruptcy laws in this country are a joke. You can flush 10 mil down toilet and only semi fucks you for 7 years.
After that, you get another shot.
I find it ironic that he got scammed while schilling for a scam site.
Epic level scam in the making?
I have removed a message in this thread posted by "Fatcat85".
This message was not relevant to the situation, but instead was posting a lot of personal information about Giorgio's family.
While I believe Giorgio to likely be guilty of scamming Michael Mizrachi, I do not feel that his family members should be brought into the situation.
Giorgio and his family contacted me with a request to remove the information. I told them that I would remove the information related to his family members, but would not delete the thread accusing Giorgio of scamming. Giorgio responded that he does not have a problem with the thread itself remaining (and I wouldn't remove it even if he did).
Fatcat85, unless you have reliable information that his family was involved in this scam, please do not post their information here. Thank you.
