I have a medical condition which will be tough to treat, and it means the end of radio (for now)

Well, actually I didn't. I had my girlfriend do it because I was way too tired to deal with doing it.

That may sound funny, but I had been up about 36 straight hours and was also super-stressed by what was going on.

Basically it had to be figured out how to prop it up to where it's the right height, not too steep, but not too flat, while not being uneven or uncomfortable.
