How close are you to poker greatness on Facebook?

Despite the long and rich relationship Druff and I have had over the years, he still isn’t one of my Facebook friends, or even 1 mutual FB friend away!



But I learned today that I am one such degree of separation away from this year’s WSOP Main Event winner, John Cynn. And here’s proof, but with that connection’s name hidden to protect his identity.



Besides connections with Druff or Brandon, is anyone else here so Facebook-close to poker greatness? A winner of any well-known high-buyin event, i.e. $10,000 or greater, would qualify. If so, post proof here with the appropriate measures to protect the identity of any intermediate person to such a poker god (or God-damn luckbox).

Personal cynn story: I got in a 10-25 NL game at like 4am at the Rio I think 3 summers ago, cynn was in the 1 seat. Didnt play long after I said to myself "I feel like some of the biggest current poker freaks in the world are in this game"

Ive known Alex since before he had any success playing poker, and was playing $1 pokerstars tournaments and wed trade buyins, long before he started binking shit.

I'm fb friends with a guy that rolled a 1k BAP that I was invested in. I threw in like 60 bucks for the sweat. I did think the guy was a helluva poker player though and I was positive he was gonna bink something big. Then he rolled ofc (easy marks SFO)

Years later he comes in 2nd in the Colossus for almost 400k. Finally got my 60 fucking bucks back. Gave it right back to him to run it up, easy mark SFO
