Looks like JNandez's attorneys were the big winners in this whole thing.
Of the $150k paid by Upswing, $110k of it went to the attorneys, $12k went to "litigation costs", $12k went to the arbitrator, and only $17k went to JNandez. Ouch.
Polk has always been an arrogant cunt... nothing new.
JNandez going the comedy route, as his 25-tweet books weren't getting that much engagement.
