WVU opend at 7 1/2 over minus 120........If you can still get that number (maybe even minus 125/130) I think that is a good play..
Univ. Tenn on Neutral field....
YSU at home..
Kansas at home
Baylor at home
NC State Away
Those 5 should be locks, they will need to win 3 more in the Big 12.

I never even saw this post, but wow. UCLA looked like it probably had the toughest schedule in the country this year outside the SEC. I bet them U5.5 wins and was feeling good about it, and that was before I even knew they sucked and were going to lose both their non conference gimme games. Definite shot to go 0-12.
Yep. I just assumed chip had some backup wideout or some athlete on the roster he could convert to QB.. Give him a single athlete and he can win 8 games in the Pac12. Clearly the state of LA football has never been worse between USC and UCLA. Both horrible. That UCLA roster must have been full blown AIDS when he arrived with nothing but garbage.
There aren’t going to be any surprisess anyway. Your champ is sitting 1-5 right now, with it like 75% Bama. The talent disparity between those 5 and the rest is stark and pronounced.
I dunno about UCLA, but it seems USC is just really young. I wouldn't be surprised if they start playing better as the year goes on and win 7-8 games this year and then are a powerhouse again in a couple years when all the freshman are juniors. Especially if the coach gets fired (which seems likely) and they get a big name coach.
By Purdue, I meant Indiana.
(((obviously)))
This is all it comes down to. In college, is all about coaching. They continually hire mongs to run a program that should almost never be out of the top 10. It’s simply amazing how badly USC has mismanaged their coaching hires historically, and post Carroll. The best thing that can ever happen for USC is for Haden to die. He has stepped down, but those type of guys usually exert heavy influence even once they’ve stepped down. You can almost always link a programs downfall to some old guard guy still influencing coaching hires and culture. I can think of like a dozen historically great programs who have suffered from that situation at one point in time, and some have still never recovered. Michigan, Texas, Georgia, Tennessee, FSU, PSU, etc all have suffered for prolonged periods after the departure of program builders who continue to meddle.
To be honest, I don’t like their chances now with a piss poor coach and Kelly in their backyard. He’ll eventually get it together there given time to recruit his own kids. I mean, they have a program that should be able to grab kids from everywhere and overcome that, but they never seem to be able to get out of their own way. They’ve literally been relevant in a national sense for probably 10 of the past 35 years, and that’s amazing incompetence all things considered.
Ive watched this team 3 times now and they are a bad offensive team. I think you will be sweating over 6.
If they lose to Louisville this bet is as dead as Druffs Vocal cords.
Im rooting for you guys but this wont be near as easy as you thought. At over 6 u pretty much r playing to just break even at this point
Losing to Purdue pretty much made this bet bad. no way in hell u had Fla St as a win b4 the season. But that may be your life line.
GL.

Is there any doubt that Texas is gonna lose this game in OT?
Right now they’re up 45-38 and are on the verge of an epic collapse.
Both are still undefeated with good shot to win out until they play each other for last game.
How likely is it either of them finish undefeated and do not make playoffs? ( UCF went undefeated last year also )
College football is so complicated I have no idea if they're both drawing dead or not.
D-E-A-D, dead...you're literally drawing to all these power 5 schools having 2 losses...USF is completely dead, they can win out and they're never gonna make it regardless of anything happening...UCF is the only one with a chance...
Bama is a lock unless AIDS happens, so you're looking at 3 spots...if CLEM gets by FSU this weekend (and FSU has been pretty shit this year, but this is a road game), they're a pretty large favorite to make it...
so you have to hope that they decide to leave off a big 12, big 10, or pac 12 champ to put in UCF...and if ND makes it that would mean leaving two of those conferences out to put in UCF...that will literally never happen...
think I mentioned this earlier in the thread, UCF's only chance of making it would be going undefeated with at MINIMUM 2 huge power 5 wins...this doesn't mean beating UNC or Minnesota...this means beating an alabama/lsu/Oklahoma/Washington/Wisconsin/OSU (after last night I know LOL)...they will never get a schedule like that so I just don't see it unless you get some sorta perfect ass storm which again is highly unlikely...
ill add this too if you don't really follow college football...the BCS/playoffs/FBS whatever you want to call it is meant to be EXclusive, not INclusive...so while the chair of the selection committee might say that UCF has a chance they really don't...the power 5 gave the small conferences a concession by giving their best an auto birth in one of the large new year's bowls...that's the best that they're gonna do...sure they did it so they wont get their asses sued by the smaller schools for collusion of some sorts...
the football powers that be have waaaaaaaaaay too much money at stake (read: big boosters with big egos and 8-9 figure donations to these football powers...see t. boone pickens at okie state, etc.) to see a school like UCF win this thing...it's cute in something like basketball to have the Butlers/George masons/Wichita States of the world make runs...in football not so much...could a UCF win a title if they got let in in the current format? 100%...it's 2 single games...we all know that anything can happen in a single game...fucking Clemson beat Bama two years ago...
