but honestly what a crazy fucking country
and where the fuck is BGC @?
what you think of that shit dish? i loved it
I watched this and it was fairly boring at first, aside from the "shots fired" reports by the officer (which were hard to actually see happening on the video).
But the end was INSANE.
I suggest everyone watch this, and if 4 minutes are too long for your short attention span, fast forward to the final 90 seconds.
This occurred in Las Vegas on July 11. On July 10 at the same time of day, I was driving through this exact neighborhood.
Here's the vato whom the cop sent to his maker:
Here's the one who survived:
Rene Nunez, aka "Kreeeeeeeeeeper"
did Nunez get shot?
hoping he did of course....
holy shit - was like watching GTA
Is shooting through your own windshield something they teach at police academy? He was clearly planning on sticking his left hand out the window but I think he changed his mind because he's not left handed. Those 9mm bullets prob didn't have much of a chance of hitting the target after getting through windshield.
Also, shouldn't he be ducking his head down once the cop realizes a clip is getting unloaded in his direction?

Wow so the shootout ended outside an elementary school.
WP cops.
Kreeeeeper ran off injured, and was found hiding at the elementary school.
Not sure if the dead guy or Kreeeeeeeeper was the one who murdered that other dude at the car wash earlier that day, but I guess it doesn't matter much. Pretty sure Kreeeeeeper isn't going to see the outside of a pirson cell ever again at this point.
What amazes me is how the dead guy had a super long rap sheet (watch the press conference) at age 22, yet was somehow not in prison. So how many years did he serve for each of these offenses? From his rap sheet, sounds like he should have been in the slammer until age 35. But here he was at 22, murdering people and shooting at cop cars on the street.
I've become so disenchanted lately with the criminal justice system. It's unbelievable how short some of these sentences are for horribly violent criminals. I understand giving people a second chance, but some people should be locked up and never let out -- or at least put away from 20+ years.
Maybe that's why the cops need to be judge, jury, and executioner sometimes.
And you're right, the entire criminal justice system is a joke and needs to be revamped but never will because too many people are making a lot of money keeping things status quo. They're not getting off that gravy train.
Seems pretty reckless to shoot through the window imo. The glass could easily change the trajectory . It isnt like he is chasing these guys out in some remote area.
"It just goes to show the kind of person you are , I got no toe"
cop did a great job he should be given an award
I would love to see an analysis by an expert whether the through-the-window thing was a good idea.
I always thought police car glass was strong, and was surprised to see he was doing this.
The trajectory changes in relation to how close any hindrance is. A single degree change when the bullet has traveled less than a feet gets kinda huge if the bullet then travels another 100 feet. The saving grace part here is that the intended target was also fairly close. The bad part was that he was in a moving car shooting at another moving car.
I doubt it's that much worse for bystanders. On the other hand criminals stopped drive-by shootings because of too many unintended victims and they usually weren't even shooting at other moving cars at high speeds. I'd have to re-watch the video to see how reckless the scenario was.
After re-watching the shooting parts, i'd have to say those are roughly as clean shots as you can get. So you either take them or don't shoot at all. For a right handed guy shooting with your left with no real ability to accurately aim and drive the car is likely worse. Sticking half your body out the window so you could aim while driving just isn't happening either.
All the crowded parts with on coming traffic are before the shooting. He lines the cars nicely so it's really freaky ricochets that should be slowed enough or another car that lines with the two and in that case the there's even less velocity after three windows with some distance.
