Heart, went crazy on me

So I wake up to my semi-regular heartburn and take my Gaviscon, then a Pepcid AC, and then another but it's not going away. Out of Gaviscon I head to the store for more, and crack it while I'm in the store. Still nothing and I can't hide the pain. I figure the hospital is my beat bet so I head off. Really difficult driving cause I'm not focused on the road. All of a sudden a voice comes over the radio, guy identifies himself as Keith, God's kid brother.
He gives me a heads up on traffic and such so I make it to the hospital in good time to find out ultimately that I've had a heart attack. It “aborted” while they were checking me out but still I was transfered to the big city where they put a lovely little stent in an artery that was 70% blocked. They figure “something” I did caused a little spasm which closed the thirty percent that was open.

On a number of meds now but looking better than ever.

Something I learned about my “heartburn”. Angina, a precurser to more trouble, can mimick good old heartburn. If exercise triggers heartburn, it likely isn't heartburn.

Hey thanks for the thoughts all. Just dealing with the changes I apparently have to make. No smoking, no booze, (this won't last) fried food a no no, blah blah blah.

Les sorry to hear this happened to you.. Sounds like indeed was I think they call it a coronary artery spasm is dude you shouldn't have an artery blocked that much at your age man.. you aint that old for fucks sake.. Time to start taking a cholesterol med I guess and also this shit was likely also brought on by all your years of abuse of drugs but could just be too much fucking poutine on the fries man.. Drugs usually don't cause clogged arteries that's eating shit and it clogging your pipes up but the drugs sure could precipitate a heart attack if it causes your pipes to spasm from like coke or meth or something.. We don't want you to lose you too soon man.. I mean we loss Sonny and others to shit and youre way too young..
