Tax on comp rooms

After hearing last week show I emailed ceaser palace to ask for a refund on the tax I payed on 3 comps nights and quoting the Clark county code druff used and all they keep telling me is it's not tax it's a resort fee lol I said yes resort fee 39 with tax it's 44.22 they do not understand tax . Smh keep telling me resort fee mandatory it's pissin me off they can't understand tax . Also asked on Facebook messenger what resort fee is they answered $44.21 including tax I am entitled to the tax refund on this according to druff's finding correct ?

I got the Rio VIP manager to agree to look into it, who conceded I was right when I showed his boss the law.

But the average schlub you can reach by phone won't get your point, and you'll get nothing. Probably need to just eat the $5.21.

If I was running Caesar's, I would ban you for life. You are a problem customer. They don't make money off of you so it's cheaper just to kick you out for good.
