Anyone have experience with ayahuasca?

I'm thinking about doing a retreat in Costa Rica where you do an ayahuasca ceremony several nights.

Also, I think you can try it in a clinic type environment closer to home. Vancouver used to offer it to heroin addicts with money but

I've wanted to try this for years and zero chance it could ever become addictive.

Kinda scary though, I've heard both good and bad and even a few terrible stories about the shamans.
Have heard plenty of stories of people getting very sick too.

I think I'd be more inclined to just try inhaling some DMT.

Got some Acacia root bark and extracted it myself, this was kinda challenging but also fun.
Extracted about 5 grams of really nice crystals from 250 grams of ACRB.
Not in a hurry to do it again so probably have enough to last me a lifetime.

You gotta try this stuff folks.

I met a gray/blueish skinned alien entity with horns, who kept asking me "what the fuck are you doing here" and laughing at me saying "you don't belong here"

Was 10 minutes max and hard to remember all of it, but the alien is really prominent. Still trying to get my head around it all.

I'm a regular pot smoker, and I've enjoyed MDMA a few times. So yeah I like to get high.
Never been into coke or heroin, or had a thing for opiates or even alcohol. Never had a desire to try meth and only tried speed once about 20 years ago and have no desire to do it again.

This is completely different. It doesn't really feel like a high in any sense, more an unraveling of ones perceptions.
When I smoke pot and I feel like I'm starting to come down, I want more to take me back to this state, same with molly. Soon as I start to come down from MDMA I want more. When I returned to "reality" on DMT I had no desire to immediately return.
At this point I don't feel ready to return, and it will probably be quite a while till I try it again... if ever.

I feel like I've learnt something about myself, I'm far too proud and egotistical. I need to look at property, material possessions and desires differently.

The entity was flipping me off, yet I'm the entity. I was at first fearful of the entity, then pissed off because he was flipping me off.

Hmmm, I can't put this into words.
Words are meaningless.
Time is meaningless... illogical.
Felt like I was gone for hours, yet hours are totally abstract. Time crumbles, then crumbles again, and again.

Don't want to convince anyone to try this, but those who are already curious I encourage you to partake.

DMT Spooky. The whole Aya purge and length of trip puts me off. Don't want to be spewing and shitting through an eye of a needle.

Had a friend help me with the extraction and we took turns trying it, OSA. My place, lights dimmed and some Portishead playing.
