There's a Facebook page with a video from Melanie too.

Both the owner of Poker Elephant AND Jeff Madsen contacted me today, regarding this thread. I have edited it due to what was previously incorrect information posted (though I don't blame alpha).
Apparently pokerstrategy.com had an "Elephant" software program (NOT an app) about 7-8 years ago, which was a HUD ("heads up display") and drew upon a database of hands played. It is apparently defunct at this point.
This Poker Elephant app is completely unrelated to Pokerstrategy, and is not a HUD.
Here is the actual description of Poker Elephant:
Poker Elephant is the first multi-game poker hand recording app that let’s you store, share, and analyze all of your poker hands AND even get feedback DIRECTLY from the pros! Easily share your played hands with your friends and poker groups by providing a comprehensive overview of the entire hand. With Poker Elephant, you can take notes on every specific action of the hand and create a detailed summary to help you remember all the relevant information you need to improve your game for future sessions! Quickly record hands for cash games and tournaments across various poker disciplines including: Texas Holdem, Pot Limit Holdem, Pot Limit Omaha, Omaha hi/lo and more!
Want to know if you played it well? Want to know how you could improve? Ask A Pro! Submit your hand to 4x World Series of Poker bracelet winner Jeff Madsen or one of the most accomplished female poker players of all time with over 30 WSOP cashes, Melanie Weisner! Find out the solutions to your poker conundrums straight from the pro’s mouth. You’ll receive in-depth feedback that can help you take your game to the next level by increasing your knowledge and understanding of the game.
So it's basically just a tool to save notable hands you played, and then allows you (presumably for a fee) to submit them to Jeff Madsen or Melanie Weisner for their opinions.
Poker Elephant is not a sponsor here, and I don't have an opinion of their service, but it seems harmless and is only a training tool.
Nothing much to see here.
You should try to get Madsen on as a guest. Would be interesting to hear about what he's been up to. Let him plug his elephant thing.
