Does anyone have info on it?

Anyone have the free download? Is it even downloadable? How does it work?

I will get you fluent in any language. It works and is alot more fun that traditional learning. You can also dl it as I have every language. Some languages take longer to learn than others ad s there are more levels.
Rosetta Stone will teach you a lot of the words, but without someone to practice with it is useless. You can forget rather quickly. I'm finding the best way to learn a language is to find a social application (maybe a dating application) for the iphone for a country you want to learn the language of.
Use copy and paste and google translate and you'll eventually start to pick up on a lot of things without having to use the translator.
I used Rosetta Stone for Chinese and it was basically useless. I've learned about 500 characters in the last 3 weeks by using wechat (a chinese friend finding application).
I also used Rosetta Stone for about a month learning Swedish. I was pretty good at basic conversation, but since I didn't have anyone to practice with I forgot all but like 3 words within a month.
If you are planning on using rosetta stone to learn tagalog, I wouldn't waste my time.
Most Filipinos have surprisingly strong English conversational skills based on the strong American cultural influence in the Philippines ever since WW2 and the battle for Leyte Gulf. If it's not tagalog you're thinking about for rosetta stone, I'll just shut up and leave now.
Peace.
I downloaded the Spanish version last week but haven't started to use it yet. Here's the link for the program and most all of the languages.

I found it pretty useless; it was sort of helpful for me in refreshing my Spanish vocabulary but I took four years of it in middle school/high school. Two days being in the Dominican Republic got me back to 80% fluency but I already had a base with Spanish.
The Hindi version was absolutely useless for me aside from absolutely basic things. IMO, the program just can't re-enact everyday situations.
Don't waste your money or time, IMO. I took Nepali language lessons 4x/week for an hour from a guy and was a highly functional speaker in six weeks. Rosetta Stone may work for some people but to me it's useless unless all you want to do is order a meal or ask a simple question.
Unless you are the type that needs interactive learning, and visual aids, the consensus is that Pimsleur is the best system available outside immersion. There is also a fuckton of people wanting to learn English and will teach you their's in the developing world with skype, and a lot of sites where you can go and find each other to help that are pretty cheap really.
I am using it to learn Spanish. From what I hear also, I don't need to learn Tagalog when going to the Philippines.
I have a bunch of friends from Haiti who are fluent in Spanish, and I'm sick of going places where spanish is being widely used and I am stuck out of the conversation asking my friends what was said.
I will have plenty of places to practice it.
Is everyone suggesting I don't buy it, and just download it? How does the actual learning process work?
If someone could explain to me what a torrent is via PM I would compensate you for your time. Also, show me how to download the Spanish version.
PM PLEASE

Crowe turned me on to this program for downloading movies, software, etc. and it works well. Basically, you just install the jdownloader software and start it up. Then you right-click/copy the address of the file you want to download and the software will parse the url to make sure it is valid and you can then start the download. I am partial to the ware-bb.org site that I posted earlier because I have been getting files from them for over a year and have never had any virus or maleware problems.
i heard the rosetta stone torrents are full of viruses
sonatine is this true?
also, there are tons of free apps available for your iphone weiss
i downloaded one for kreyol that is really good
