BTW, in May 2006, all I had to do was fade a 3-outer all-in to send Joe Sebok out of the poker world before anyone even knew him.
A then-unknown Sebok was trying his hand at poker because his stepdad Barry Greenstein was so successful at it, but was failing miserably. He decided that his final shot would be the $2500 NL event at the Heavenly Holdem series at Commerce. If he didn't cash big in that one, he was going to quit.
Shortly before the money, Sebok picked up KQ in the SB, and it was folded to him. He shoved his relatively short stack into the the BB, a young man known as Dan Druff.
I turned over AK, and Sebok stood up, frustratedly said "Nice hand", and was getting ready to dejectedly walk out. Flop was irrelevant, but he hit the Q on the turn, and the river was a blank. He doubled, and then went on an amazing run, and won the tournament. I finished 13th, and I told people that "some short guy" bad beat me all-in and ended up winning it.

About a year later in an interview, he cited that tournament as the reason he stayed in poker, and that he had decided beforehand to quit if he didn't do well in that one.
