Looks like today ended with him making everyone on college campus think he was a suicide bomber, then wandered around the empty campus after evacuation...

Just educated myself - He had TTS (text to speech) and media donations on, so the bomb threat came from someone who donated $4.20 and picked the sound (c4 activated, bomb detonating ... beepbeepbeep)

Interesting law they have there in Washington regarding protecting bomb threats made in jest. I wonder why that was written in? Not many I have a bomb scenarios that are exactly high comedy. I would guess they want the juries to have some leeway for the old men who make some silly joke to a low level TSA worker or something to not be treated as international jihadists, but this guy is fucking toast if he gets before a jury.
I highly doubt Andy will go to prison over this. Only going to take one juror to decide it was indeed funny when watched . Probably not funny IRL.

Harraz has since been charged for “threat to bomb” and faces up to 10 years in prison and a fine of US$20,000. Additionally, his bail was set to US$75,000.
According to The Daily Beast, prosecutors noted in court papers filed after his arrest that Harraz was grinning on his live stream while he was being apprehended, “as if he was pleased that his arrest would boost his notoriety”.
Harraz reportedly told the police he managed to rake in $1,000 in one month of live streaming, with $200 of that total flowing in just before his arrest.
Prosecutors argue that, due to the money he makes from his broadcasts, he “has no incentive to stop his activities” despite his capture.
Harraz’s manager set up a GoFundMe campaign to cover his legal expenses, and at the time of writing it has raised $976 of their $7,500 goal.
