Im not a truck driver so correct me if im wrong, but i think the odds are fairly decent that the truck driver never even saw the cars latest stunt ( or at least until it was too late). The dashcam looks like its positioned higher than the truck drivers line of sight. Or at minimum he could claim he didnt see him to even further make his case even though the car is at fault either way

I have a high quality dashcam to record the shenanighans that 4-wheelers might pull. And I wouldn’t try to pass the idiot in the car. Just collect enough footage to be sure that it’s clear that he is trying to fuck with me/cause an accident, then pull over to call the police and report him, with make, model, and color of vehicle, and tell the po-po that I have it recorded on video if they need to see it.

Plus, the police would definitely consider the accident as the fault of the 4-wheeler given that there was no room to merge, and the truck had the right-of-way given its relative position and the speed of each vehicle.
