Looks like it's short one scoop and the cherry.
I would have gone back and asked them to add ice cream and put a cherry on top, provided I was hungry enough to eat that much.
Other than that, it's unrealistic to expect food to look like the picture on the menu.

Why is it unrealistic for it to look like the pic on the menu? All they need fo do is take an actual pic of the shit they are selling. If it isnt good enough to take a pic, then they shouldnt be selling it. Wtf. This is a big part of what is wrong with society. Last week they called to sell me sewer line protection, but that it would be extra to return my property to original before the sewer fuck up. I told them isnt that what I would be paying for? There are too many levels to common sense shit for the purpose of money extraction. I told them fuck you and your partial insurance.

Answer: The waitress did initially apologize for not having any cherries, but I said it wasn’t a problem (because I I’m not all that crazy for those things). And I almost started esting it despite being quite surprised that it didn’t look as big as implied by the picture, but decided to not be taken for a patsy given that it should have had, as Druff mentioned, two scoops of ice cream. But instead of arguing number of scoops, as it’s not specifically indicated in the advert, I used the advertisement pic as a guide in the discussion with the staff here...decided on a tack that is intended to hold the managers of these chain stores to what is advertised...
But to be continued, as I need to have my breakfast...
...and get rolling to make a delivery.
