    The Rolling Stones

I'm SixToedPete, a man of wealth and taste.

The members of this Rock n Roll Band are much older than I am but they still fucking kick ass.

What is your favorite Rolling Stones' song?

Depends on the mood and the day, but as far as albums go, I'll take Exile every time. Except when I'd go for Sticky Fingers.

In the great Stones-Beatles battle, I've always been a Stones guy.

I'm a Beatles guy and love, love the stones. Crowe has impeccable taste in music and I'll go with his choices.

Also I'm on an iPad in the dark as we've lost power up here on Lopez island in the San Juan's so I can't really post videos easily.

The version from Children of Men

Kind of a drunk tilt, but what the fuck has happened to movies? Children of Men is one of the best ten movies of the past ten years and isn't even that unique.

Where has all of the innovation/creativity gone? I'm 24, I shouldn't already be cynical.

Hey, I love Ella Fitzgerald, I love Etta James and I worship at the altar of Frank Sinatra but I cried like a child when I heard Amy Winehouse passed.

I take a little comfort in knowing the greatest modern jazz singer, Amy Winehouse, performed with the greatest Rock n Roll band, the Rolling Stones:

Sometime in the last few days was the Stones 50th anniversary. They played their first gig then.

Guys in the grateful dead are trying to go 50 years as well. Will happen on 5-5-2015.

    A most inappropriate post.

Mick Jagger is one of the most underrated lyricists.

Satisfaction was a first anti-consumerism/sexual frustration song

And a man comes on to tell me
How white my shirts can be
But, he can't be a man 'cause he doesn't smoke
    The same cigarettes as me

    xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I see people turn their heads and quickly look away
Like a new born baby it just happens every day
I see the girls walk by dressed in their summer clothes
I have to turn my head until my darkness goes

I see a line of cars and they're all painted black
With flowers and my love both never to come back

I see people turn their heads and quickly look away
Like a new born baby it just happens every day

    xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

One of my favorite Stone's songs, this looks like a HEX joint to me:

    Hey, what's the matter man?
Were gonna come around at twelve
With some puerto rican girls that are just dyin to meet you.
Were gonna bring a case of wine
Hey, lets go mess and fool around
You know, like we used to

    --

Ive been walking in central park
    Singing after dark
    People think Immmmmmmmmmmmmm crazy
Ive been stumbling on my feet
    Shuffling through the street
Asking people, what's the matter with you boy?
