This was done during the work week at my new job and was recommended by one of the many fresh outta college types.


"Snaps" are when someone writes something nice about someone else and then 1 designated person comes up to read all these "snaps" aloud in front of the group. After every statement the entire room snaps their fingers in approval. Lol
