Nobody wants to hear how to curtail violence from someone that has repeatedly beat the shit out of his father.

I have handled and shot more weapons, heavy weapons then you ever will in your lifetime. In 2004 I joined the U.S Infantry and was fortunate enough to be trusted with that privilege. To think we give these kids, or young people a chance untrained to handle and operate a weapon let alone a heavy weapon is the most absurd thing I have ever heard.

The breakdown is that too many people have access to weapons in America and we need to cut it down, to only the qualified, military, first responders, and some others. The rest it should be darn near impossible to acquire a weapon!

Don;t know but there are plenty of young kids today who wear such things to support LGBTQ2 communities (even if they are straight). It's possible but people tend to kill themselves rather than others in such cases due to low selfesteem. It's the guys with inflated ego's and false self esteem that shoot places up.

Actually, in the big picture the Israel/Gaza stuff is being disproportionately reported on also. Pretty much every week a church or mosque is targeted by Islamists that kills more people than 62. Hamas probably kills more Gaza residents than Israel does, as they are pretty brutal in murdering people for political reasons or they claim are helping Israel. And both the Islamic and Western media couldn't care less.

Most of the outrage is purely political posturing. This is the Middle East/Islamic world. They are still living in the Middle Ages. Mass killing of unarmed civilians, oftentimes targeting women and children, goes on in pretty much all the time and noone gives a shit. Noone gives a shit about the Palestinians either, especially every other Muslim country. No other Muslim country will even let Palestinians in. They like them right where they are, destabilizing Israel. It is all political maneuvering.

The whole Palestinian uprising thing was probably just a smoke screen so Hamas could sneak in and all the confusion and capture a Israeli soldier. Because Israel will give up so many concessions to get soldiers back, this is pretty much the only tactic Hamas has that will actually accomplish anything at this point.

Hamas probably thought the Israeli soldiers would let all the Palestinian human shields get closer before firing on them and this would allow some of their commandos to sneak in and capture a soldier. They were wrong. It seems Israel knew exactly what was going on, and weren't going to let the human shield protesters get close enough to threaten their security. Don't blame them.
