    More guns = More murder

We really do need to cut down who has access to weapons, especially high caliber assault rifles and the like. Paddock was a needle in the haystack in that nothing would have led people to believe he was a high risk individual to do this type of crime. He had money, assetts, a girlfriend or wife. On the surface he seemed to be your average degenerate, but successful apparently, gambler.

Hard to spot someone like this, almost impossible really.

It's hilarious that we as a society think everyone can be a dr, a lawyer, an engineer. Some people are just fucking stupid. Why can't we just accept that?

I think guns have a lot to with it. Maybe they need some kind of control.

I hate to be the first one to say it, but I think that guns are actually bad.

The guns themselves aren’t bad. The lack of accountability for how dangerous people get ahold of guns is the problem. For example, the businesses that sold Paddock those wepaons should be held partially civilly liable for that right-wing nutjob killing all of those people with them.

I don't care one way or another about gun control. I'll probably never own one, but I'll also probably never be shot by one. I sometimes like to get "lit" if you will, and the chances are too high that something bad would happen if I owned one. The country would be a batter place if there were no more guns, but I don't see that happening in our lifetimes.

What a shock. Couldn’t have seen this response coming from you.

We should indict all of the evil guns who commit crimes.

Meh thread went a direction I could've never imagined. This is a good discussion though, so I can't hate.

Paddock and Son of Sam both appear to have worked for the US Postal Service in 1977.

    Elvis also died in 1977.

Don’t know if Paddock was an Elvis fan.
