As you might recall, garrett was only unbanned for the Spring Classic.

As he has been elimianted from the tournament, I have re-banned garrett.

We did agree to make his unban permanent if he won the Spring Classic, but he did not do so, and therefore he had to be re-banned.

This is nothing against garrett personally, and not even related to anything he did since his return (to be honest, he has been fairly docile despite tons of trolling in his direction).

However, the agreement must be upheld, and therefore he has been re-banned from PFA.

This. As much as i kind of have reservations about this guy, I think the terms were kind of retarded. Shit or get off the pot. If you possibly wanted someone to be banned for past actions, why unban them just to solely give them an opportunity to make money from someones benevolence. If anything, that spot should go to someone else who might be more deserving - and there are plenty of candidates.
At this point, if he can behave himself (and he has so far) imo he should be given a chance.
