How degenerate do you have to be to even want to use one of these picks.

The picks are allegedly used to jam poker machine buttons in place to allow continuous play — something that is against gaming rules.
"What it does is it turns a machine, where you are supposed to make a decision every time you push the button, into a fully automatic device … and [it] will consume literally hundreds of dollars in a very short space of time," Dr Livingstone said.
I've never heard of a "pick", but it seems like they are saying they had players jamming all the buttons with little piece of plastic (including the 5 hold button) which would make it snap deal and hold all 5 cards at lightning speed. wtf.

    RTP must be under 10%

Poker machines usually means slot machines in general in Australia and New Zealand.

And just about anything can be jammed into the spin button: ATM cards, matchstick, whatever
When faced with a difficult decision, ask yourself "What would Micon do?", then do the opposite.
