Just to clarify Troyer didn't commit suicide per se.. According to TMZ he actually called 911 due to feeling really ill.. He apparently lapsed into a coma and then died at the hospital.. According to reports his BAC was over .24 so given his size he was likely approaching alcohol poisoning (apparently he mentioned that to the 911 operator when he called as well). So again to clarify Troyer didn't exactly commit suicide however one could argue he was on a slow roll to deathsville with his self-destructive behavior causing his body to shut the hell down eventually.. Likely his abuse of drugs and alcohol caused his liver to fail probably had cirrhosis and didn't even know it of if he didn't he didn't give a shit..
