Joke of the day. Cops and robbers.
There was this old man who loved to garden but was in poor health.
He wrote a letter to his son, a convicted murderer in prison.
Dear son
I miss you so much son, and am not doing so well here these days. Mostly miss how you use to plow the soil so I could plant my garden. Guess I'll have to try to do myself. God grant me the strength.
Love dad
The son wrote back.
Dear dad
Oh yes dad I remember those good old days. But dad just hire someone to plow the soil for you. Your health is not good and you could suffer some injury or worst. Besides dad, you never know what you might find, and it might be unpleasant.
Your loving son. Al
The next day there were a 100 policeman digging up the entire old man's property. All day they dug and found only a few chicken bones. When it was dark they left, and not too happy.
The son wrote back the next week.
Dear dad
Dad that last letter was the best I could do. Hopefully the garden is ready to plant.
Love Al
