Just played a nice session of 6-max PLO on PokerStars in the "not as free as America" Russia. No seven year itch here

I still remember that morning. At the time I was playing poker full time. I ended up withdrawing about 90% of my roll from stars that morning even though it looked like Canadians were okay (I was worried about a bank run). I had lost significant money in a similar incident so was especially worried. I remember staying home and listening to radio that night for hours.

Heard about it on twitter, ran home from work to open my computer and see if it was true. Opened Stars saw the vaunted "Your government has blocked this site" pop up from the Stars GUI. Listened to Donkdown and Quad Jacks for about a week straight after trying to figure it all out (and when we would get our fucking money)
