I didn't even watch the video. But Europeans were definitely more violent and ruthless and cunning. That is why they won. Now, as the winners, they get the luxury of saying it is time to stop fighting so they can maintain the status quo and pat themselves on the back and claim moral superiority for not wanting to fight anymore (now that they are on top). That is how the game is played.
