That's bullshit.
A guarantee should be a guarantee. They are trying to limit their losses here.
This is the HPT Meadows, taking place starting tomorrow at Meadows Casino and Racetrack in Pittsburgh.
I believe this is legal, but I feel it's unethical, and ruins the entire concept of guarantees.
