I already make that pizza. I bring it back usually 2x per year. In California it was impossible to find authentic Chicago style giardiniera. I finally found a company in Chicago to ship to me. I get the beef and the giardiniera from them.

I was actually waiting on a consult from Marty before embarking on such a culinary adventure.

I know this, and frankly, don't care. Maybe if I tasted it I might think differently but seafood and pizza dont mix, except if you are Wolfgang. Havent tried that either though.

Got back from the Pizza Expo on Friday night....

didn't fare as well as we wanted in the competition but was proud of the pizza we made. Our entry was made with smoked bison glazed with a bourbon peach chipotle bbq sauce, topped with smoked gouda, roasted orange peppers and candied jalapenos. It then had a ring of thinly sliced fresh peaches over the top. After baking it was garnished with shaved parmesan, micro arugula, and peach bourbon and balsamic vinegar pearls.

(taken before the pearls were added)

The winning pizza was made with Wagyu Beef. It had a roasted shallot black truffle cheese spread, then topped with fingerling potatoes roasted in duck fat. After baking it received the Waygu beef, cherries, greens and a cherry vanilla balsamic drizzle.

A good friend went with me. He is an independent host for Ceasar's and got us comped at The Cromwell. I really liked it. Nice casino and not overwhelming in size. Rooms were pretty nice. The only complaint, however , is at the bars they are a bit tight with the comps. My friend was playing $5 max credit video poker and got a drink when he started play and then 15 minutes later requested another one. He was told that he had to wait atleast 20 minutes between comps, but that he would make an exception this one time.

We got a free entry into a $75K blackjack tournament. You had to win your table of six to advance. I was chipleader going into the final hand...bet just enough to win even if other players won their bets. Unfortunately for me the guy that went all in got BlackJack on the final hand and the 3:2 payout beat me.

Didn't get much of a chance to do a lot of gambling, played some really bad EV games (3 card poker, High Flush and Let it Ride) but they were fun and I ran pretty good.

I was playing some video poker at one of the bars in Bally's when a very attractive black girl sat next to me. She told me she was visiting from Chicago. After about 30 minutes she suggested I take her to my room to show her the view. She then whispered that for the small sum of $500 she would give me a blow job.

I Jewed her down to $50

I have no idea what the cost of that would be. I did look at the menu at Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant inside Paris and the same A5 Wagyu was $35 an ounce so it’s gonna be a pricey pizza.

The reason all workers deserve a living wage is because all workers need to be alive. Not very complex.
