Finally going to have that bad drive removed and replaced from PFA. Before there were just some adjustments made as a temporary fix until it could be replaced completely.
The drive got much worse yesterday and completely failed today.
PFA is running for the moment, but might crash again, and definitely is going down at 5am for replacement of the hardware.
Please make a note of it.

Still not performing as well as I had hoped.
I think the crashing should be overwith, but it's still kinda sluggish and has a semi-high "load average", which is not good.
Will update as I figure out more.
After looking into it, I think I figured out why the site is still a bit slow.
The load average is somewhat high because of the synchronization of the data between the disks.
The synchronization should be completed by tomorrow, and the load will return to the usual average (hopefully).
