Isn't that what massage parlors are for, getting hand jobs? There are literally 100 places within a few square miles of where I live where if I went there and asked for one and was told no, I would be confused. But in fairness I would just take no for an answer and leave it at that. For whatever reason, seems like his ego couldn't handle that, so he probably made it a mission to pressure masseuses who didn't want to do sex stuff to do it anyways. Probably a power trip thing.

This is effective because children have a hard time processing why such a nice adult would be doing something bad to them, so they protest much less (or not at all).
