Long phone call this morning, but it was conceded that I was right all along, and the bill was adjusted.
I have now lodged a complaint against the arrogant and clueless rep from yesterday who refused to do her job and told me to kick rocks when I wanted her to look into it and correct it.
I made sure to first prove on today's call that I was correct in the first place, before lodging this complaint. Yesterday's rep was even dumb enough to put stupid notes in my account that I was demanding credit I didn't deserve, and how she shut me down. LOL
Yesterday she even tried to lecture me that "you don't get a prorated refund when you rent an apartment and leave mid-month, so you don't get one here either", which of course wasn't even close to the same thing going on in this situation.
She absolutely refused to consider anything I said, and kept repeating to me that I'm due nothing and that she didn't need to look into it further.
I consider it a public service to get reps like this fired or disciplined, as it prevents them from fucking with other customers in the future. She's not capable of doing the job and should be replaced with someone both competent and willing to listen.
