This is actually a very important point. Most gproviders who offer GFE have a clause that they can refuse to provide such extras due to hygiene issues. On top of it it is customary for the extra fee to be kept if hygiene is poor. Hygiene is generally not as much of an issue for regular service. Likely best to go with regular service if such is true.
