2 eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 cup grapeseed oil
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Beat eggs and milk and oil together. Stir in flour until smooth and creamy and whatnot. Add remaining ingredients and mix like it's your job. Scoop that shit onto hot frying pan, flip it, plate it, add butter and syrup and eat it when it's done.

If you like em thinner, add more milk. If you like em thicker, add a little more flour.

Been making this scratch recipe for years, my wife and kids all love it and if you have a belgian waffle maker it's money on a plate.
