    Favorite Sandwich

I will make you one if I like you, but mine is

Fresh roasted chicken breast thinly sliced, romaine lettuce and mayo on Italian bread. No deli shit.

Or, homemade tuna salad using Aldis Northern Catch Tuna can with teaspoon of Mayo and chopped celery and sweet onion on a bun with sliced homemade dill pickle.

My girlfriend makes a mean grilled cheese sandwich with pepperoni, onions, bacon, and pepper jack cheese. It’s my sandwich of choice ATM.

    A Corn Syrup sandwich.

Take a slice of bread, pour a generous helping of Corn Syrup on it. Cover it with another slice of bread & eat it.

    Yummy.

Tastes just like a honey bun but you don't have to shell out the ridiculous price of up to $1 for one.

Enjoy a good corned beef on rye myself.

I hardly ever eat it anymore, but pastrami with chopped chicken liver is also way up there on the list.

Since you asked--real turkey, avacado, bacon and lots of mayo on a fresh french baguette. Yum yum!

Good pastrami on WHEAT bread, either plain or with cold cheddar cheese.

Pastrami needs to be warm, prefer the cheese cold, but it's not terrible if the cheese is melted.

Biggest factor is that the pastrami has to be good. Huge variance in pastrami quality, sadly.

A Philly cheesesteak from Pudge's in Blue Bell, PA. It's out of way even for folks who live in Philly, but their cheesesteaks kick ass. I happened to be in Blue Bell about a dozen years ago and stopped there to get a sandwich that I planned to eat partly there and save the rest for when I got home about an hour or so away. None of that sandwich made it out of the parking lot. Best damn sandwich bar none.

Here's a pic on one more recently posted by another patron. Try not to lick the screen.

Couldn’t have said it better . A pastrami sandwich can be the best sandwich ever to almost inedible depending on meat quality.
