Devastation in Ventura, CA from Thomas Fire

If you pause the video at 1:45, you will see a house on the hill on the top-left, which got destroyed.

I visited that home over the summer, and remember being in the backyard looking down at all of these other houses which are now gone.

Crazy.

at around 2:00-2:18 there's a house on that strip that seems untouched, even though houses are decimated on both sides of it. What is that house made of?
