The NBA already stated any team that runs out of numbers up to 99 will NOT be allowed to use 3 digits.
Rather numbers will be reused again but the jersey will bare what some call an asterisks or "star" after the number.
These players who bare a "star" on their jersey will eventually be taken to special basketball camps.
