Mesa Arizona cop Phillip Braisford shot an unarmed Daniel Shaver in the hallway of a hotel.

Police were called to the hotel after reports of a man pointing a gun outside the window of his hotel room.

Police made multiple demands for the occupants of the room to come out, they did not respond...likely because they didn't hear.

The occupants then come out on their own, it appears as if they were leaving. Ordered down on the ground.

Officers then shout out multiple confusing instructions on what they want him to do. As he crawls towards them he moves his hand towards waistband and the cops light him up.

Today the officer was found NOT guilty of murder or manslaughter.

He apparently was fired after the incident because he was using his own (approved) AR-15, however he had the words "You're Fucked" inscribed on the weapon which was against department policy.
