The Boston Common Christmas tree is a gift we get from Nova Scotia every year because of all the help Boston sent up via train as soon as they heard about the explosion, even tho there was a blizzard going on here. Med supplies, food, workers, that type of stuff. They sent the first tree a year after the explosion, and since the 70's, they've sent one every year. The NS Premier was here for the tree lighting last week.
