trying to figure out how this is cheating...

guy slides one of the dice then the dealers just call it a 'no roll'...person keeps doing it they don't let him throw the dice any more...not that hard if the dealers are paying attention...

    what am I missing here?

I was under the impression that dice sliders usually worked in teams with one guy distracting while the other "rolled".

Almost every craps table nowadays has a small metal rod installed under the felt on either side of the box which runs the width of the table. When a slid die hits this hump, it'll tumble. The craps table in question either did not have any rods, or the cheaters were practiced enough to throw the dice over the rod, land them flat, and make them both slide without hitting the back wall. Obviously a dealer was in on the scam, or was never paying attention.

But Druff is right, cheating at craps has become a thing of the past once past and pre posting were solved.
