I just dropped 2 $20s in that bucket out side the supermarket. You know the thing, where the old guy is ringing that annoying bell. I dropped $40 bucks into the bucket, the fucking guy did not even recognize, just kept ringing. Hopefully it makes it to the charity it is intended to, it's rare someone puts 40 bucks into the can. Gotta admit I was looking for something more than a nod, but fuck it I am a charitable guy and hopefully I paid for a few turkey dinners tomorrow.

Not sure how fraudulent the red kettle is, but the Salvation Army stores are a joke. The employees steal the valuable donations and management gets greased for allowing it. Only donate minimal value or clothes to them or you will be filling the pockets of thieves.
