Extremely LOL online marketing campaign by Caesars

Saw this click bait style ad and it was way too LOL not to click on (so I guess it worked)


Unfortunately it linked to an article that wasn’t helpful at all in telling me how I can know when a jackpot is about to be hit. I guess the casinos are still keeping this a secret. Turned out to be an ad for the Caesars slot phone game. A game where you can win online currency which has no value at all in the real world. The site even went on to detail the story of some chick who hit the (worthless) jackpot. But wait, at the bottom of the site, it admits it’s fake news:

Thankfully the site answers the real question we’re all wondering... is this legal?

I don’t think Caesars is behind this ad campaign. Rather somebody trying to make referral money. But LOL that Caesars allows this to represent their brand.
