work or work once and then fail.
Overseas support has been bad. They initially tried to up-sell me and tried to hurry me up at one point while they take several hours to respond to me.

I've already threatened chargeback

I've done a remote screen session before with a Lenovo product and they were great. That was a new computer, this one not. tots or suggestions would be appreciated

Remote software is pretty standard for IT support. If this is a legit company, I wouldn't worry about it.

I don't know what software you are trying to get working but if you can't google the answer then just give up and get your money back.

No software is worth the risk of letting some random have remote access to your computer.

I would try to convince them I'm not an idiot like their other customers and am capable of being walked through whatever trouble shooting they suggest.
