    I expected Caesars to handle it appropriately at the time - and they FULLY dropped the ball. There is nothing that stands to be gained by going after the pathetic asshole.

    I have to believe that I wasn’t the first nor the last female/guest who he treated this way. I spoke up about the situation on radio in April (the show is in the archives if you care to hear what went down and how it was resolved.) Long before I decided to abstain from gambling, I stopped patronizing CET branded casinos.

    To think, I basically just flushed $1200 worth of RC away by not taking my 7 Stars trip this year.

    Bally's is one of CET's worst properties.

    Too bad he's not a host or pit boss at Caesar's Palace.

    Then you could probably have him approve thousands of dollars in comps that you did not earn, then if he complains about it, threaten to turn him in and call his wife.

    I get where you are coming from, a corporation is always gonna try to cover it's ass...let's set aside that KT is a female in this (kinda tough given the nature of the texts), but she's a 7*...given the financial state of the company Caesars should be bending over backwards to get to the bottom of this...7*s are worth a lot of money to the company and since the company doesn't want to spend the money to market to find new 7*s to replace old ones, losing one would really fucking suck...

    It was never my intention to pursue this outside of making sure both security and Human Resources were aware of the situation. There is nothing I wanted from CET or this asshole. The only remedy I sought was to prevent him from being able to do this again. Reporting it had very little, if anything to do with me - and everything to do with preventing another guest from being victimized. I ignored him and he eventually went away. My hope was that someone at corporate intervened before he struck again. I am not sure if he had a history of this type of behavior and no one spoke up - but I know when he approached me this way, he didn’t choose wisely. Under no circumstances, would I ever have chosen to not expose him for his behavior.

    good idea to talk to a lawyer, but if the company has a sexual harassment policy and you don't follow it (i.e., report it per company policy), you're giving the company a good legal defense to any future lawsuit
