First of all, go back a while.
Germany had taken in Jews when other countries had kicked them out
Jews actually regarded Germany as their home.
WW1 started and Germany had virtually won.
England was about a week away from running out of food.
German submarines were devastating shipping lanes.
England was considering terms laid down by Germany.
Because Jews controlled most of the banks and the media in America,
America was geared to be on the side of Germany.
There was one evil deed to come.

Lord Balfour was approached by a Jewish representative of Lord Rothschild.
England can still win this war. Give us Palestine and we will get the Americans to enter the war.
    Done deal.
England who has no right to Palestine, except they stole it promised it to the Jews.
America enters the war, Germany loses.
    http://israelipalestinian.procon.org...questionID=493

At the treaty of Versailles, a Jewish delegation said here is the paperwork. Give us Palestine.
It became abundantly clear to Germany that they had been sold out by the Jews that they gave a home to.
Later in 1933 when Germany was struggling, the Jews imposed sanctions on Germany causing people with little money to have even less.
The Jews had given the Germans every reason to hate them.
It was not difficult for Hitler to get people onside.

Now, I will skip to the burning question.
Yes, Holocaust means death by fire.
It is in the third Jewish bible, the Leviticus,
Israel can not return to the chosen land till 6 million had been killed by fire.
Jews have never been known for their honesty.
Infact Yom Kippur aka eve day of day of atonement.
A prayer is said three times.
It basically says that any contract or promise given is null and void till next Yom Kippur.

It goes... Yes honest. The Germans gassed and burned 6 million of us.
Shooting you by a mass grave would have been far easier.
Yes I know but they wanted to burn us. Honest.
    Can you prove that?
The Holocaust does not need to be proved.
Try it and you go straight to jail.
Sadly, some are still in jail today.

I missed out loads to keep it brief.
    Hope it helps."

Does it say that in Levictus? Is that really the purpose of the day of atonement? If both are true the whole thing is probably credible, release the "deniers" from jail.

In a thread about losing weight you're prohibiting discussion about weight loss methods?

On a forum that RARELY has ANY thread about ANY topic not go off topic and end up being complete dogshit; this is a puzzling ruling. I'm so confused I can't put my thoughts in coherent order. DanDruff, light handed very little to no moderating forum czar just said we can't discuss weight loss strategies in a weight loss bet thread

It's hilarious that we as a society think everyone can be a dr, a lawyer, an engineer. Some people are just fucking stupid. Why can't we just accept that?

Few things have been helping me a lot so far

    1. Coffee- Had three 16 oz coffees yesterday with very little cream and this keeps me full

    2. Food Scale- weighing food to track calories and portions keeps me in line

    3. Calculator- obv keeps score on the calories

Have been averaging about 8500 steps a day just walking my dogs and general movement

:edit- Can't for get myfitnesspal app, been following their calorie guideline for my weight and it will adjust to a lower calorie amount the more weight I lose.

Nothing better than a walk with a friend. You'll be surprised at how quickly your abilities increase. After several months of steady drinking I took the dog for a walk and had to stop. I thought I was having the big one. Now, it's twice a day for 1-2 hours and I'm looking so good I'm considering proposing

Tossing in a once weekly cheat meal is beneficial if anything. Fire the metabolism up. The only challenge I used to have with cheat/binge meals was keeping it at only one. It would often end up a full day or weekend.

Best way to handle cheat meals, IMO, I heard from Penn Jillette and the guy who helped him lose 100.

    Rare and appropriate.

If you look at it as a weekly cheat meal, you are scheduling road blocks more than you are rewarding yourself for anything in particular, and as Peter pointed out, a cheat meal often becomes a cheat day. Once you are cheating, fuck it, y'know? I think its a lot easier to keep your everyday grind up for weeks at a time, especially now when you're going to be dropping weight steadily for the next bunch of weeks and maybe months. Don't have doughnut sunday just because it's doughnut sunday. But don't hesitate to enjoy thanksgiving with the family either.

I am going to be honest and by that I mean disheartening.

You are down JUST 6-7 pds (mostly all water) the first week. Not horrible but not good at all. You are eating far too many calories and at this pace as you start to hit a wall at what 15 pds maybe you will lose less and less.

Just ship people their money now man OR cut the freaking calories, what are you a construction worker in Arizona.
