BCR: That had to be gratifying to see. Keep going.
Indeed, I believe this is the "least" I have weighed in probably 20 years
My calories are now in the 1600-1650 range but I have a 3 meal system which keeps me full all day.

Less than 2 weeks to go, now eating about 1500 calories per day (not including vegetables)
Cardio and weight training has not changed
Oh don't you worry, it will be verified and I will beat the weight we bet on by probably 15 pounds. I could prob go take a piss and I will be below 292
No idea why you posted Drexels name but to answer your question I am weighing in @ a Medical Health and Wellness Center. It will be live and I will prob make a 2nd video and they will also sign a form registering my weight. Druff already posted that recently in this thread and you are welcome to come to the weigh in.
I agreed to this because it was an easy simple request and it costs me nothing.

If you bet against me you now hold a losing ticket
Probably will weigh 278 or 279 next Tuesday @ official weigh in
I suppose he technically could but ultimately not healthy and cause a massive loss of muscle.
This was always a suckers bet, he could have fixed this in so many ways it isn't funny. Only way anyone should have taken this bet is he maintained a weight of X with a X% margin for 1 month or no dice.
Some people can literally "gain" and then shed 25pds plus alone in a week or two to show what high sodium does. This guy will gain back near everything because he is clearly losing it the wrong way, 14 pds in a week bwahahahahaha ya keep lifting weights and losing mass my brother, so sad so sad so sad.
Yes,
I am not doing any type of cleanse but just to illustrate , I have lost 15 pounds on various cleanses in 4 days before so it's not like we are talking about something impossible or even that difficult here.
In fact some people have lost 50-100 pounds on some 30-60 day cleanses as well. But most of these fail long term because people just are not prepared on what to do after. I have attempted a couple of these in the past but have never gone more than 7 days. They are very difficult... and I believe they are extremely dumb for the highest majority of people because the success rate is super low.
The key with doing any type of "diet" or calorie cutting is what you do AFTER YOU HIT YOUR GOAL and I have been preparing for this. The first time I lost like 80 pounds about 8 years ago I just stopped training and "dieting" and I did put most of the weight back on. When I hit the goal I set I did not keep pushing and did not have any type of plan. Now I have a plan and I have all of the information I need to succeed and there is a very good chance I keep my trainer/ nutrition guy around for a while.
With that said, anyone who really thinks I am going to pack on all of the weight I just lost within a certain amount of time is welcome to PM me and we can negotiate and bet on this with a 5k min. Or I am open to doing something similar to lose another xx pounds like I am doing now. Will weigh in anywhere you decide and will bet whatevs
Can't remember the video of the medical weigh in at the start of the bet being posted
Slava Ukraini!
You prob gained 5 or 10 years of life by losing all this weight.
Well done dude
thats not exactly how this works.
there is 'easy' fat and 'hard' fat. dropping 10% of ones body mass coming out of a prolonged state of physical inaction is trivial. but once those 'easy' pounds melt off, the remainder is much, much harder to work off.
this is primarily why calorie depletion diets eventually require physical exercise to maintain any sort of inertia, and why the entire weight loss industry has pivoted to a lifestyle-centric message.
another reason is ones body/mind will eventually 'strike back' against calorie starvation by essentially holding serotonin hostage for pizza etc but thats beyond the scope of this comment really.
i expect you know this and were just keeping it dumbed down but it deserves to be pointed out.
