I haven't really followed this thread. Forget the bet, what's the end game here? 200? 180? 250? 600?

So I started at 378 so I need to get to 293 ( I could prob do this in a week if I really needed to). So I need 16 pounds before like November 6th

But I need to lose an additional 13 more to win another bet so ultimately I need to get to 280...... 29 pounds total

I must weigh in before 12:30 PM Eastern on November 6th as that is when I weighed in last year roughly.

At present time I do not think I will need a sauna etc... to get the final weight off. But it is possible I may need a sauna so I am not setting a location for the weigh in just yet but there should be many options available

Chances are the 85 pounds I need to sweep PFA will be done before the 3rd week of October

Current weight is 307.4

Since I started my new training program 81 days ago I have lost 34.6 pounds

This is equal to to 0.4246 pounds per day

42 days until my weigh in, 42 x 0.4246 = 17.83 pounds

307.4 minus 17.8 = 289.6

So right now with zero water cut, zero sauna, zero adjustments I am on pace to split my bets.

A few words about this here.

China has sent me a message stating that, on November 6 at 10:30am EST, he will be weighed at the Southern New Hampshire Medical Center Health and Wellness Center, and that he will go live on Twitter to stream it.

That should be sufficient to be considered a valid weigh-in, in my opinion.

China says he may use the sauna there beforehand, which he says is within the terms of the bet.

Please do not troll this thread either through messages or rep.

If you have an issue with China himself, you can start a separate thread.

If you feel something about this bet is questionable, you are welcome to bring it up here, but please do so respectfully and stick to the facts.

One minor correction on Druffs post and he may have edited it already

He worded it like I am weighing myself which is incorrect

I will be weighing in there. A staff member will weigh me. They said they will also sign a form stating my weight and they have no problem with me live streaming

As of now this is scheduled for the 6th. But it may be and will probably be done sooner.

Do the rules allow you to weigh yourself sooner? How much notice is required for this?

I ask because occasionally one's weight can fluctuate down naturally or for some involuntary reason (illness, dehydration, natural fluctuation) and would give you an opportunity to grab your weight on one of those days if they occur. If this is within the rules, that's fine, but just want that clarified.
